I founded Leva to create real, human-centered solutions for parents navigating the complexities of modern work and life. As a mom and former corporate executive, I’ve lived the tension between ambition and caregiving—struggling through sleepless nights, the realities of breastfeeding, and the pressure to perform in high-powered roles. I created Leva to be the kind of support system I wish I’d had.

My Journey
With over 20 years of experience in internet technology, I’ve led product and design teams at companies like USAA, H&R Block, DIRECTV, and Clearcover. My leadership philosophy blends empathy and execution—building inclusive teams, launching transformative digital experiences, and solving hard problems with heart and data.

I'm a proud mom to Roosevelt, my brilliant and curious 8-year-old, and wife to my partner-in-life, Justin. I love hiking, traveling, and creating space for mindfulness and reflection.
